This is two one-hour presentations for girls in the fourth thru eighth grades, to prepare them for the arrival of their first menstrual period. The presentation is also appropriate for girls that have recently experienced their first monthly period. We discuss puberty, the physical and emotional changes that occur, how to use sanitary products, how often to change them and proper disposal of these products. We emphasize good hygiene and better health. We recommend that students be scheduled into two classes: Grades 4th - 6th and 7th - 8th.

The price for two one-hour presentations is $300.00. A one-hour presentation is $175.00.
